NORBERT SCHMITT started hs EFL teaching career in Japan. In 1994 he moved to the University of Nottingham where he teaches applied linguistics, SLA, and TESOL methodology on the MA-ELT program. He has been a regular presenter at applied at liguistics conferences and he also travels widely giving presentations on vocabulary issues.
